It's time to get your feet sandy at the beach or the lake, go visit a local monument (we're going here to walk around and enjoy the sun and sea), or wave a flag or light a sparkler! Or all of the above! I am going to get some sparklers - just because.Hugs to everyone out there in blog land.

hope you have a great 4th of july, too, robin. i'm very old-fashioned about patriotism and i love everything about the 4th celebrations. fireworks, sparklers, bbqs, parades, flags. i really do get emotional about the flag going by in the parades. i know i'm an oddball nowadays but i was raised this way and i really am truly thankful for my freedom. thanks for the great picture...
